Frank Touloumis, Director of Operations
Frank Touloumis was born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Tampa, FL. He first was introduced to recovery while overcoming his own struggle against addiction in 2008, achieving lasting sobriety in 2013. Through the course of his own experience he developed a passion for helping those like himself that needed help and an understanding team. Beginning in 2014 in the treatment industry as a Behavioral Health Technician, he worked his up, eventually helping oversee existing programs, and develop new ones. Holding many roles over the past 6 years from Programs Director, Director of Behavioral Health Service, Community Liaison, and Director of Operations gave him a broad set of experience with Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment and its many facets ranging from Faith based recovery, to 12-step fellowships. Franks role at Campus recovery started as our Residential Director but has grown to encompass supporting our entire team, from clnical, medical, housing, and alumni as the Director of Operations at Campus Recovery.
Devin is a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) in the state of Florida and has been working in substance use disorder treatment since 2013. Devin graduated in 2005 from Shippensburg University with a BS in Computer Science. Finding this career choice unfulfilling, he decided to start a new career helping others. He has since continued his education and is currently enrolled at Capella University for an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and plans to continue in a doctoral program for counselor education. Devin is passionate about helping others to accomplish their goals, and find purpose and meaning in life. His integrative approach to counseling includes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
Nicole Reid, Primary Therapist, LMHC
Nicole is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. She graduated from Florida International University with her undergraduate degree in Psychology, and later earned her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University. Nicole has over four years of experience in substance abuse treatment and the treatment of co-occurring disorders, and 10 years of experience in education. She also completed an EMDRIA Approved Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Training (EMDR) in 2019. Nicole believes that change happens when people are provided with the guidance and support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential. She provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and lead happy, fulfilling lives.
Jennifer Babione, LMHC Primary Therapist
Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She graduated from Palm Beach State College with a undergraduate degree in Business Supervision Management and later earned her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology for Mental Health from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Jennifer has over seven years of experience with working with children, families and individuals with substance abuse, co-occurring and mental health disorders. She also completed an EMDRIA Approved Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Training (EMDR) in 2019. Jennifer seeks to empower clients to help them find freedom and healing in order to live their personal best in all areas of their lives. She works with her clients on addressing the underlying anxiety, depression, and trauma throughout the recovery process to help them arrive at a place of self assurance, strength, and acceptance through the use of evidenced based methods.
Felicity Whitney, Executive Assistant
Felicity Whitney is the Executive Assistant at Campus Recovery. Felicity was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and came to Florida 10 years ago. Felicity has 7 years of experience in the substance abuse and treatment field. Felicity has been employed at Campus Recovery for 4 years, handling many different roles. She loves being a part of giving clients the chance to get sober, be happy, and be successful. Her goal as Executive Assistant is to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide efficient handling with all staff and clients. With extensive experience working on both the front and back end of treatment and her passion for recovery, and working with others, Felicity is a perfect match for the team here at Campus Recovery.
Olivia Olson, Admissions Coordinator
Olivia is originally from Wisconsin and moved to Florida 3 years ago. After watching her father struggle with addiction, she realized she wanted to work in the addiction field to help others struggling with similar issues. Olivia has a passion about what she does and chooses to lead with compassion when helping others. As Admissions Coordinator at Campus Recovery, she recognizes that she plays a pivotal role in helping new clients acclimate and feel comfortable in their new environment. Olivia is also pursuing a degree in psychology to become a therapist.
Beau Allen, National Director of Business Development
Beau was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. After his own personal struggles with addiction, Beau relocated to Florida to start his journey in recovery in 2013. While working in treatment for the last six years, he has gained a well-rounded background in many facets of the treatment industry. Over the last two years, Beau has been working to establish Pax's business development strategy for our national growth. With the expansion of our marketing department, Beau was promoted to Director of Business Development. This team seeks to represent the clinical services of Pax and works directly with potential patients to ensure that they overcome barriers to treatment and get the help they need.
Billy Meurer, Business Development Representative
Billy is originally from Orange County NY. He attended S.U.N.Y Cobleskill where he majored in hospitality marketing. He started his career in the substance abuse field in 2015 where he was an admissions coordinator at a treatment facility with locations across the country. Being in recovery himself since 2012 he has learned how to help people struggling with addiction personally and also practicing that same approach professionally. Here at Campus Recovery he is our local business development representative that oversees the alumni department, and manages our local community outreach. Billy is well known and loved by all the clients and truly has a passion for what he does.
Hannah Crowley, Residential Director
Hannah brings tons of experience working in the field of addiction treatment to Campus Recovery. Hannah started off as a Behavioral Health Technician and with her hard work and dedication to helping patients succeed, she was shortly promoted to Residential Director. Hannah is from Land O’ Lakes FL and moved to West Palm Beach in 2015. She completed her BA in psychology December 2019 and is now getting ready to start nursing school to become an ARNP who specializes in Psychology. Hannah encourages those who are seeking recovery to believe that anything is possible, and stresses that starting a new life in sobriety is entirely achievable.
Denise Minshew, Admissions Coordinator
Denise was born in NJ and came to South Florida in August of 2007 to find recovery. Denise has been working in the substance abuse/Mental Health field in a variety of roles since July 2008. Denise brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the Campus team. Denise loves spending time with her 2 sons, sports, music and travelling as well as cooking.
Bracken Wilson, Alumni Coordinator
Bracken is the alumni coordinator for Campus Recovery. His journey started in September of 2018 when he came to Campus Recovery as a client from Dyersburg, TN. After completing Campus Recovery's program Bracken became house manager July of 2019. Bracken quickly proved his worth and became a true pillar to the male community here at Campus Recovery. His experience in active addiction and in sobriety is what gave him a passion for this field. Today that passion has turned into using the tools he learned to helped others in our Alumni community. Bracken enjoys working out and going to the beach in his free time.
Anthony Stewart, National Director of Administration and Licensing
Anthony has spent the past 12 years working in a variety of health care settings including Hospitals, Doctor’s Offices and Nursing Homes.. With comprehensive skills including facility compliance for licensing & accreditation, operational management, and strategic implementation Anthony manages back office coordination at Campus Recovery and its family of locations. He takes great pride in the positive feedback received from both clients and their families in regards to their experience at Campus Recovery.
Anthony holds Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration and is completing an MBA with a health care concentration at Nova Southeastern University. Anthony is an avid sports fan and enjoys going on outdoor adventures in his spare time.
Gabriela Corticchia, Office Manager
Gabriela is currently a senior at Florida Atlantic University, and she will be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in May. She plans on pursuing a graduate degree to be a Psychologist. Working at Campus Recovery will be a great learning experience, as well as an opportunity to help individuals struggling with substance abuse. As Office Manager Gabriela is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Working in the mental health field has been an insightful experience for her and she is grateful for the opportunities and duties that come with being the office manager.
Nicholas Izzo, Call Center Manager
Nicholas grew up in Rockland County, New York. After his own personal battles with addiction, he decided to make a change and relocated to South Florida in 2017 to start his journey into long term sobriety.
Nicholas uses his personal experience to be of service and to help others find a solution. He professionally and compassionately navigates the system to create an opportunity for those in need, regardless of the challenges. From the many experiences that he has had in the field, he has come to understand in depth how the admissions, insurance, clinical, and operational sides of a program work. Nicholas can take all of this into consideration when making sure a program is the right fit for a potential client. His ideal team values integrity, compassion, and leadership just as much as he does.
Jason Kaplan, Director of Admissions
Jason was born and raised in Suffolk county, Long Island NY. He attended Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University where he majored in Education and Psychology. He started his career as an educator where after 5 years, he started making his transition to online educational leadership management. From there Jason started to focus on his true passion building out the internal infrastructures for call centers by establishing compliance departments, training and development programs, process improvement and development, risk mitigation, SOPs & KPI implementation and creation, work/call flows, script writing, coaching and mentoring over 500 agents/reps over the past 12 years. Jason has strong leadership skills and critical thinking to help maximize productivity, increase quality, and elevate key performance indicators as well is a subject matter expert in Management, Supervision, Business Development, and Strategic Planning.
