Andrew Mendez, Chief Operating Officer

Andrew oversees all operations at Campus Recovery, which includes clinical, financial, business development and housing departments. He began his interest in the treatment industry while coaching youth football in both North New Jersey and South Florida. Andrew came to the realization that his passion was in helping those who need guidance and motivation and with over 10 years of sobriety himself he decided to transition into the field of addiction.


Over the course of his 8 years of experience, Andrew has held various positions including Alumni Coordinator, Patient Advocate, BHT, Program Director, and Residential Director. He is also a certified CPI interventionist trainer. As a father of three children,  Andrew understands the importance of positive leadership and facilitating personal growth and implements these core beliefs in working with clients so that they can maintain success and sobriety long after graduating Campus Recovery.

Teresa Webb, Clinical Director, LMHC, MCAP

Teresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Masters Certified Addiction Professional in the state of Florida. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Florida State University, graduating Cum Laude. She received her Masters Degree from South University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and class valedictorian. With nearly a decade of experience in addiction, she has worked with various populations at multiple levels of care. Teresa utilizes an eclectic array of therapeutic modalities tailored to a client’s individual needs, including Psychoanalytical, Cognitive Behavioral, and Motivational Interviewing. She prefers a balance of positive support while challenging clients to make appropriate changes and accept personal accountability to increase their chances of long-term sobriety.

Erica Salmon, Primary Therapist, LCSW

Erica Salmon, LCSW is a primary clinical therapist at Campus Recovery. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University and received a Master’s of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She has 9 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field working with diverse populations. Erica utilizes a variety of evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to facilitate the process of recovery from trauma, addictions, and psychiatric illness. She has experience working with both adolescents and adults on a group and individual basis. Erica is bilingual in Spanish. She believes that treatment should be a collaboration between client and counselor, which allows her to work closely with her clients in developing a healthier level of functioning.

Felicity Crosby, Senior Admission Coordinator

Felicity Crosby is the Senior Admission Coordinator and Case Manager at Campus Recovery. Felicity was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and came to Florida 6 years ago.Felicity has 5 years of experience in the substance abuse and treatment field and is currently working on obtaining her bachelors of science in psychology.She loves being a part of giving clients the chance to get sober, be happy, and be successful.Her goal as Senior Admissions Coordinator is to make the admission process as stress-free as possible, while yielding support. She recognizes what a huge decision this is for the whole family unit. She wants people to feel proud and secure in their decision with choosing PAX to help their family combat the disease of addiction. 

Billy Muerer, Director of Alumni

Billy is originally from Orange County, NY and has 4 years working in the substance abuse field. He started his career as an admissions coordinator for a 350 bed facility with multiple locations across the country. His experience with helping people from different demographics  have only helped him understand the unique personalities of each individual seeking treatment. He helps the client from the very beginning during the pre admission process, and specializes with overseeing the PAX Campus alumni department to ensure each client knows they have lifelong support from the day they graduate.  He is great at treating each individual with empathy and compassion, while also helping them prepare to transition on their own and develop a strong relationship with the local recovery community.

Hunter Manrodt, National Director of Business Development

Hunter has several years of experience in the the addiction field and has held titles such as Group facilitator, Admissions Coordinator as well as Director of Business Development. Being in recovery for several years himself, he enjoys giving back to his community. Hunter is involved with several different substance abuse coalitions and sober home task forces to help educate people on the disease of addiction, as well as unethical practices of treatment.

Beau Allen, Outreach Coordinator

Beau is from Philadelphia, PA, loves fishing, boating, and helping people in the community find help. Beau has an open and honest approach to helping those suffering from addiction, taking the time to really understand their needs and help overcome barriers to finding help in the safest way possible. Today, hundreds of clients remember Beau as one of the people they consider a big part of their success in recovery.

Madeleine Johnson, Office Manager

Madeleine Johnson works alongside administrative and clinical staff to coordinate client group schedules, doctors’ appointments, the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Program offered at Campus Recovery, among many other areas including human resources, maintaining state standards in regards to safety procedures, policies and JAHCO and DCF (Department of Children and families) accreditation.

She has aspirations to pursue a degree in Criminal Psychology to obtain her License as a mental health counselor and work for the state of Florida in correctional facilities to rehabilitate addicted inmates back into society. In following this dream she wants to bring her personal struggles with trauma, addiction and mental health, to inform and teach others and recreate the stigma associated with addiction and mental health in the general population.


In her free time, she enjoys helping others, going to the gym, reading and fueling her passion of learning more about life through new experiences such as yoga, canoeing and performing her poetry at open mic nights.

Anthony Stewart, National Director of Administration and Licensing

Anthony has spent the last 8 years working in a variety of health care settings including Hospitals, Doctor’s Offices and Nursing Homes. He previously worked as the Office Coordinator for Cleveland Clinic for 2 years and as the staffing manager for a nurse staffing agency.

Anthony manages all back office coordination at Pax including assisting in the organization’s accreditation and licensure process. He takes great pride in the positive feedback received from both clients and their families in regards to Pax’s customer service. Anthony has a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration and is completing an MBA with a health care concentration at Nova Southeastern University. Anthony is an avid sports fan and enjoys going on outdoor adventures in his spare time.
